The Pointe has a lot to offer with two price ranges of homes. The Meadows of the Pointe is section 5 and 6, with homes prices ranging from $135,000.00 to $180,000.00. Sections 2, 4, 5 and 6 have been sold out.

Sections 1-4 of the Pointe have homes ranging from $160,000.00 to $400,000.00. The lot sizes range from .30 to 1 acre.

The Pointe has all underground utilities including sewer, water, cable and natural gas.
